Tip of the Tongue Phenomenon was created shortly after the murder of the editor-in-chief, Hrant Dink, of the Turkish-Armenian newspaper 'Agos' in Istanbul, Turkey in 2007. Dink was an advocate for Turkish-Armenian reconciliation (due to a long history of struggle between the two cultures) and human rights in Turkey. He was killed by a 17 year old nationalist creating a huge public outcry in which 50,000 Turks and Armenians attended his funeral procession in unity.
